Key tasks
- Follow up and resolve delivery problems
- Maintain good relations with clients and encourage service utilisation
- Provide great customer service by phone and email
- Assist with rates and quotes
Responsibilities
- Customer service by email and phone
- Timely resolution of customer issues
- Prompt and pleasant assistance with client bookings and questions
- Client care and relationship management
- Liaise with operations team and drivers
- Liaise with our agents for air and road transport
